Rusty’s CATCH

I was soo excited… Normally I try to get Rusty and Chloe to play catch and I feel like I am the one doing the catching. Chloe is extremely jealous and if I try to get Rusty to go fetch the toy she takes him down with a rugby tackle. Amazing that a little body like that could be so forceful with him. I struggle to find out who the pack leader is. I am working on it being me but sometimes I think Rusty thinks he is in charge.
A bit earlier Chloe was so occupied in the back yard trying to catch a cat on the wall. No one could distract her she was focusing on the cat to ensure it WILL NOT come into the yard.
In the meantime Rusty and I were on the other side of the house and I took the opportunity to try teaching him to play catch. I only had to run with him once to show him what he needed to do. After that he continuously obeyed my orders and kept on fetching the doll.
All I can say is I am so proud of him. I think Chloe is out there to make trouble. Think she is most definitely the one with the attitude in the pack…
